Ordered the heater one day and it arrived the next, excellent service! I ordered another as it is so good and fab services again, thank you.

Price was really competitive, as was the stock level - they were not available from the manufacturer and the delivery was very good - next day. Overall very satisfied.

Return of failed product and replacement was good but the communication via email was slow and did not fully respond to both issues raised.
Lack of function on website to be able to pay by credit card meant I ordered goods from elsewhere, after no response from customer services. Some weeks later I used the website to order something else and it worked fine. I would appreciate quicker contact by phone or email with a person who can deal with even small issues. Your hardworking staff probably feel the same.

I ordered bulbs from the website but the actual bulbs were different lumen from the description. This was not a picking error (the codes were correct). I asked for clarification but have not had a response which is the bigger issue.

Ordered white fluorescent strip light,phoned before placing order to ensure not warm white,guess what sent,warm white ?

Unbelievable buying experience. Aside from the competitive price, dispatch and delivery service was absolutely incredible. Paid for the item on early Saturday morning and was hoping to receive dispatch or delivery information on Monday considering order was made on Saturday, no I was wrong, I received an email from the retailer and text message from delivery company that item would be delivered on Monday! Couldn’t believe it! I am very impressed with the service and the product received and will definitely recommend this retailer.

Easy to use website to order goods. Was really amazed at the next day delivery service. The delivery arrived at the designated 1hr delivery slot so did not have to wait all day at home.

We'd been unable to even order the dehumidifier we wanted from any other retailer owing to lack of stock. We wanted to place an order so we could be guaranteed of obtaining the product as soon as stocks were replenished. Big on Electricals was the only retailer that would allow us place an order. and they were up-front by stating it could be 3 months before it came back into stock. However, only 3 weeks after placing the order our chosen dehumidifier was delivered safe and sound! Very pleased with the service provided by Big on Electricals.
